Horns in the House

Horns in the House is an eight piece band with a strong but musically sensitive ensemble sound, energized by punctuating horns and multi vocal blends. A female vocal lead is complemented by four distinct male vocal leads and background harmonies. The horn section includes trumpet/flugelhorn, trombone/flute and saxaphones. Rounding off the rhythm section is guitar/acoustic & electric, piano/organ, bass and drums/percussion.

This combination of musicians provides enough variety to cover all styles of music including swing, R&B, classic rock, disco, blues and contemporary Top 40, and with over 200 titles on the song list, the band is able to please all musical appetites and encourage requests.

Horns in the House is led by George Murphy, a veteran performer with over 30 years in the music business, and thousands of performances under his belt!
