Paulo Denay

Paulo Danay is a Brazilian-born saxophonist and composer. He came to Boston in '86 to study at Berklee School of Music, and has been dividing his time between the U.S. and Brazil ever since. His hard driving creativity and sense of swing have thrust him to the forefront of Boston and Brazilian jazz. His ability to play the most ebullient Latin melodies combined with the polyrythyms of modern jazz provide the listener with a unique listening experience.
