Company President Phil Steffen started as an agent and staff musician in 1990. This followed an extensive playing and management career that started when he booked his first band for a "sock hop" in high school. He went on after college to tour the United States extensively with various groups, and was signed to a recording contract with Atlantic Records for several years. He has played with some of the world's greatest musicians, and has an extensive knowledge of all forms of music. In 2000, after being the Top Agent for 10 consecutive years, Phil bought out the previous owners and became the sole owner. |
