Krewe De Roux
No sampler of the swamp would be complete without some Cajun and Zydeco music. So Swamptone is pleased to include in our sampler, from Boston, MA, Krewe De Roux. They love to play music for dancing and good times, just as they've been doing most of 1993 at their Monday night Cajun dances at Somervilles, MA's nighttime hot spot, Johhny D's.
They perform waltzes and two-steps, sing in English and French, and they sometimes stray into more bluesy New Orleans R&B styles as well. Whenever you're in the mood for fun, get on your dancin' shoes and crank up some Krewe De Roux!
